Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns only for unused, undamaged, and unaltered products within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items: Custom orders, personalized wigs, and products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item
Refunds
